Bottega dei Due Monti carefully selects shipping methods to ensure that typical Nebrodi products arrive at their destination in the same conditions as when they leave our shop.
1. Shipping Zones
We ship throughout Europe. Shipments are managed through Packlink PRO Shipping, a professional platform integrated with the main national and international couriers; the carrier is automatically selected based on destination, weight and type of products ordered.
2. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is variable and is automatically calculated in the cart based on weight, package dimensions and destination.

For shipments within Italy, a minimum shipping cost of € 10.00 applies; for Europe and the rest of the world, the minimum is € 15.00. Free shipping is not available for destinations outside Italy.
The exact cost is always visible in the cart before confirming the order, with no hidden charges.
3. Product Storage and Packaging
Product quality is our priority. Perishable products — cheeses, cured meats, sausages, fresh preparations — are shipped using the most appropriate preservation method based on the type of product and destination:
- Vacuum-sealed or modified atmosphere (MAP) to extend shelf-life and preserve organoleptic characteristics during transport;
- Refrigerated shipping with thermal containers and dry ice for orders including fresh products that require it, ensuring the cold chain until delivery.
Non-perishable products (preserves, pasta, condiments, sweets) are packaged with suitable protective materials to prevent breakage and impact damage.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Times are calculated from order dispatch, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays. During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, summer holidays) times may vary; in that case we will inform customers by e-mail.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail to monitor the delivery in real time on the assigned courier’s website.
6. Failed Delivery
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or deposit the parcel at a designated pick-up point. If not collected within the courier’s stipulated time, the parcel will be returned to the sender and storage and re-shipping costs may be charged.
Important: for orders containing perishable products shipped refrigerated, failed delivery due to reasons attributable to the recipient will not entitle to a refund as the cold chain cannot be guaranteed beyond the scheduled time.
7. Damaged Goods or Delivery Anomalies
If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with, we recommend not accepting the delivery or accepting it with a written reservation on the courier’s document. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos of the parcel and the damage to:
