Description

Nebrodi Aged Pecorino is the cheese you take home when you go back to the village. Aged for at least four months in natural stone cellars and caves, it develops a compact, granular paste, a dark rind that smells of cellar and time. The flavour is bold, lingering, with notes of hay and pasture. Grate it over pasta with tomato sauce, or savour it in flakes with Sicilian black bee honey.
