Casale Provola is made by hand-stretching freshly collected bovine milk, following a cheesemaking tradition in the Nebrodi that has never been interrupted. Oval shape, elastic and glossy paste, sweet flavour with hints of fresh milk. Excellent on its own, melted on Montalbano bread, sliced on charcuterie boards or grated warm over pasta.
