Nebrodi Black Pork Guanciale is taken from the cheeks of free-range black pigs — the fattiest and most flavourful cut par excellence. Black Pork fat is qualitatively superior: softer, more aromatic, it melts in the pan releasing a fragrance that transforms every dish. Indispensable for carbonara, gricia, amatriciana pasta. Or simply on toast.
