Nebrodi Black Pork Sausage is one of the products that best tells our story. Free-range Black Pork meat, seasoned with salt, black pepper and wild fennel gathered from the Nebrodi mountains. Cased in natural gut and tied by hand. The flavour is that of mountain delicatessens: intense, aromatic, with that note of fennel that is the scent of Sicilian cooking.
